  Definately will not be returning to this store, i had an online voucher which i was told i could redeem by a staff member when i first arrived in store then suddenly when i went to pay they told me they dont accept vouchers, dont give out online vouchers if you dont accept them.
  Also be upfront with customers, by the time i was told the sub had already been made so i had to pay for it anyway.
