After the candles were blown out, cake was cut, the cake itself was absolutely dry. The cream chesse inside was it's saving grace. More like a big round lamington rather than a Red Velvet cake. Absolutely disappointed, I know not to get a Red Velvet cake from this Cheesecake shop again, Clarkson Cheesecake shop do the best Red Velvet cakes, very moist and the outside of the cake is decorated beautifully, unlike the lamington looking Red Velvet cake I picked up yesterday. Definitely not worth the $30.99 that I paid for it. The one star is for the small amount of cream cheese inside the cake, if it weren't for the cream cheese, we would have been eating a very dry lamington!!!!April 11, 2017
